Observe more than one moment

A launch or build can briefly use substantial CPU. Look for sustained load across several readings and compare the symptom with what is running.

Distinguish different constraints

CPU load, memory utilization and low disk space are different signals. Removing files will not resolve every processor bottleneck. A background process is not automatically suspicious.

Keep the conclusion narrow
